Information

All patients are required to provide contact details; including address, telephone and email in order to secure an appointment. All clients will complete a Medical history form at their first appointment this is necessary to inform the consultation and treatment planning process. All information will be treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation.

Patient information will not be shared with third parties without written  permissions and you will not receive unsolicited information from us. You may choose to remove yourself from our mailing list at any time, by unsubscribing.

 

New Patient – Telephone Consultation

Whilst telephone consultations are discouraged, we acknowledge some circumstances when this service may be helpful; particularly for our patients who will be travelling long distance. New patients, seeking advice from a practitioner in a telephone discussion, require a diary appointment of 30 minutes. Patients must call the clinic at the time agreed. A charge of £40 is made, payable in advance.

 

Appointments

Please provide as much notice as possible, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, so that we may make best use of our appointment diary.

New patient consultations with the doctor or nurse are £40. This is payable upon telephone / Email booking and may be redeemable against treatments should you choose to go ahead. When diaries are particularly busy, we may take a nominal deposit, of £40 for the doctor or nurse, refundable on attendance, to mitigate missed appointments.

Romsey Medical Aesthetics operates a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you do not attend a booked appointment / Consultation and fail to advise us within 48 hours from your booking date and time the deposit booking fee will not be refunded.

A £40 non-refundable booking fee will be charged to make another future appointment.

If we hold a deposit on account this will be forfeited. Please do NOT attend the clinic for an appointment if you are unwell. If you are unsure, please call and discuss.

Routine review appointments are offered after treatment with Botulinum Toxin as a courtesy. If you are unable to attend the review appointment at 2- 3 weeks, no additional complimentary appointment will be provided once the review period of 2-3 weeks has passed. For jawline slimming (masseter) toxin
treatment this window is 4-5 weeks only (additional cost may be incurred at this review appointment depending on further treatment requirements, this will be discussed prior to treatment.

New patients are seen for consultation and assessment; treatment is not recommended on the first visit, to allow adequate cooling off period, but may be provided if the patient and practitioner deem suitable.

 

Consultations
Consultation booking fee deposits will be required to secure the appointment/Consultation time and date and this will be deducted from your total appointment balance on the date of treatment.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
Romsey Medical Aesthetics understand that some situations may occur so if it is necessary to cancel or reschedule your scheduled appointment/Consultation, we require that you let us know at least 48 hours’
in advance of your scheduled appointment/Consultation to avoid cancellation / rescheduling fees.

Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case by case basis.
Romsey Medical Aesthetics operates a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you do not attend a booked appointment/Consultation and fail to advise us within 48 hours of your appointment/Consultation and you have paid a £40 booking fee this is non-refundable.

Please note that if you reschedule your appointment 48 hours’ before your appointment time there is no rescheduling fee.

All booking fee deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or fail to attend your appointment you will lose your booking fee deposit.

 

No-Show Policy
Romsey Medical Aesthetics operate a no- show policy. A “no-show” is someone who misses a scheduled appointment/consultation without cancelling or rescheduling 48 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment/consultation. “No-shows” will not be refunded the booking deposit fee.

 

Refunds
Fees charged for treatment are for the delivery of a treatment and the accompanying service, which is inclusive of;

Consultation and assessment Provision of information and advice Safe treatment with evidence based products.

Follow up appointments and aftercare advice and support as appropriate. Whilst we undertake to provide excellent service; factual, honest and ethical advice, safe, expert treatment in experienced hands and only the best products, we cannot guarantee your results and cannot offer refunds if the results achieved fail to meet your expectations.

 

Under 18’s
Romsey Medical Aesthetics we understand the problems involved with arranging childcare – in the interest of keeping the clinic as safe as possible, we must respectfully request that you refrain from bringing your children with you to your appointments.

Romsey Medical Aesthetics is a medical environment, and therefore not fitted with the adequate proofing to safely prevent children from hurting themselves. Each of the Treatment rooms will contain equipment which could prove dangerous to minors. Most importantly our insurance does not protect children at the clinic and we would never want to put anyone in harm’s way, we do hope you understand.

 

Complaints
If you would like to make a complaint please get in contact as soon as possible.
An appointment will be made for you to be seen. A copy of our Complaints Policy is available on request.

 

Please do NOT attend the clinic for an appointment if you are unwell. If you are unsure, please call and discuss. Many treatments are contraindicated if you are unwell; this includes colds, cold sores or local skin infections.
